Clearance - Stock is generally believed to be in brand new condition, however, due to storage the odd shop soiled unit may be present.

Customer Returns - Sold as seen/described. Items that have been returned as unwanted or faulty for a variety of reasons. This stock will often contain brand new units, new units with blemishes, shop soiled units, faulty units, broken units, units with missing pieces e.t.c.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ):

Generally speaking at Opal Clothing we choose not to have MOQ's and rather prefer to bundle our stock in 'cases' at a set price. These cases are always of the same or similar stock and are usually in quantities of 10, 20 and 50.

Payment Methods:

VAT:

At present we are not registered for VAT. When it becomes necessary for us to do this we will give all previous customers assigned to our mailing list sufficient notice.

Buyer Liabilities:

All our stock can only be purchased online through our secure shopping cart system and paid for via paypal. The buyer will be liable for postage costs

Clothing Stock Authenticity:

All our stock is 100% Guaranteed to be authentic. Whilst for obvious reasons we cannot disclose our supplier details. All stock is purchased as end of season, clearance or overstock from UK based catalogues and retailers. Under normal circumstances paperwork can be supplied.

Stock Location:

Most of our stock is offered as brokered with trusted suppliers. In cases where stock is in our possession we will indicate this within the eCommerce shop listing information.

Invoices:

A full invoice with your order will be sent to you along with your order.

Shipping:

UK - For Smaller orders we utilise either Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Larger orders of Pallets and Containers are processed by our Supplier through The Pallet Network. There are variable prices on shipping for pallets and containers based upon speed of delivery and access to a forklift truck, however as a guideline 1 Pallet to Mainland UK is £40, 10 Pallets is £250 and 20 Pallets around £400.

EU & Rest of World - Opal Wholesale can offer a worldwide shipping service to any major port in the world. Containers vary in price starting from as little as £950 for a 20ft and £1400 for 40ft containers.

Stock Viewings/Extra Photos:

Stock viewings are not usually possible for Pallets and Containers as most stock listed at Opal Wholesale is brokered and this would lead to revealing our Suppliers details, under special circumstances they may, however, be possible. We are always able to provide extensive stock photos and upon request can authenticate possession of stock by placing our company name and your customer name upon a piece of paper with the date against the stock.

Order Dispatch Time:

Please allow up to 5 Business Days, however we aim to turn your order round as fast as possible and is often much quicker.
